Ingredients
3 large eggs
¾ cup whole milk
1 tbsp heavy cream (optional)
2 tbsp granulated sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp cinnamon
1 pinch salt
6 slices brioche bread, dried for a few hours and cut into thick strips
2 tbsp butter
¼ cup granulated sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
Optional Toppings: Maple syrup, whipped cream, fresh berries, powdered sugar, or Nutella
Directions
In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, heavy cream, sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt until smooth. Pour the mixture into a shallow dish. Preheat a Blackstone Griddle to medium heat.
Quickly dip each brioche stick into the batter, ensuring all sides are coated but not oversaturated. Melt 1 tbsp of butter on the griddle and place the battered sticks onto the surface. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side, rotating until all sides are golden brown and slightly crispy. Add the second tbsp of butter halfway through if needed.
While the sticks are still hot, immediately toss them in a mixture of ¼ cup granulated sugar and 1 tsp cinnamon until fully coated.
Serve warm with maple syrup, whipped cream, fresh berries, powdered sugar, or a drizzle of Nutella. Enjoy!

Ingredients
Frozen Fruit (pineapple, peach, mango, strawberries) – 1 package
2 teaspoon unsalted butter
1-2 teaspoons Spicy Brown sugar
1-2 teaspoons brown sugar
2-3 cups Greek Yogurt
½ cup favorite granola
¼ cup honey
Directions
Pre warm griddle on a low heat.
Skewer fruit to make easier to handle on the griddle. You can just add the fruit to the griddle top if preferred.
Add butter to the middle of the griddle and add the fruit to the griddle.
Add Blackstone Spicy Brown Sugar and more brown sugar on the fruit.
Add yogurt to a bowl.
Once there’s some char on the fruit, remove and add on top of the yogurt.
Add granola and honey.
Enjoy!

Ingredients
3-4 lbs fresh chicken wings
½ cup dill pickle juice (from a cold-section dill pickle jar)
⅓ cup Duke’s Mayo
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp paprika
1 tbsp onion powder
Sweet Baby Ray’s Wing Sauce (or your favorite sauce)
Directions
Place the chicken wings in a freezer bag and add the dill pickle juice. Remove as much air as possible and seal the bag tightly. Refrigerate overnight to brine the wings. This step ensures tender, fall-off-the-bone chicken.
After brining, drain the pickle juice, pat the wings dry, and place them in a large mixing bowl.
Add mayonnaise, garlic powder, paprika, and onion powder to the bowl. Toss the wings to coat them evenly in a thin layer of the mayo mixture. The mayo replaces oil and keeps the wings moist during cooking. Let the wings sit at room temperature for about 20 minutes.
Preheat your griddle to the lowest heat setting.
Place the wings skin-side down and cook for about 5 minutes, or until golden brown. Flip the wings and cook for another 5 minutes to brown the other side. Gradually increase the heat slightly with each flip, ensuring the wings cook evenly and crisp up to your liking. Use tongs to adjust the wings for
even frying on all sides.
Once the wings are cooked through and crispy, transfer them to a metal bowl. Drizzle with your favorite wing sauce and toss to coat evenly. Plate the
wings and enjoy!

Ingredients
1-inch-thick New York Strip steaks
High Plains Steak Seasoning
Avocado oil
String beans
Teriyaki sauce
Sliced almonds
Shredded carrots
Chopped walnuts
Chow mein noodles
Directions
1. Preheat the right burner of the griddle to medium-high heat and the left burner to high heat. Place the string beans on the right side of the griddle. Add a generous squirt of water to help steam the beans, then cover with a basting dome for even cooking.
2. Season the steaks generously with High Plains Steak Seasoning and coat them with avocado oil. Place the steaks on the left side of the griddle and press them down to achieve a perfect sear. Cook for 4-5 minutes, then flip the steaks.
3. Toss the string beans on the griddle, then add more water if needed. Cover again with the basting dome and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes. Remove the cooked string beans from the griddle and place them in a bowl. Mix the beans with teriyaki sauce, sliced almonds, chopped walnuts, shredded carrots, and chow mein noodles.
4. Remove the steaks from the griddle and let them rest for 5-8 minutes to retain their juices. Plate the steaks and teriyaki string beans. Eat and enjoy!

Betty's Smashed Bacon Cheeseburgers on the Blackstone E-Series

Blackstone Betty's Smashed Bacon Cheeseburgers are a family favorite, made with caramelized onions, crispy bacon, and her signature burger sauce. Perfectly seared on the E-Series griddle, these double-stacked beauties are wrapped in foil for that takeout-style magic. Try them at home today!

Ingredients
1 lb ground beef (80/20)
4 strips bacon
1 Vidalia onion, diced
6 slices Kraft Deluxe American cheese
2 brioche buns
Blackstone Bootleg Burger Seasoning (or your preferred burger seasoning)
2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp oil
1 tbsp brown sugar
2 tsp yellow mustard
Burger Sauce
¼ cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp relish
2 tbsp ketchup
3 tbsp BBQ sauce
Directions
1. To prepare the sauce, mix together mayonnaise, relish, ketchup, and BBQ sauce. Set aside.
2. Heat the griddle to medium-low and add oil and butter. Toss the diced onions to coat them evenly and cook until translucent. Add the brown sugar and a sprinkle of Bootleg Burger Seasoning, stirring to combine. Continue cooking until the onions are caramelized, then remove them from the griddle. On another part of the griddle, cook the bacon to your preferred crispness, then remove and set aside.
3. Season the ground beef with Bootleg Burger Seasoning and divide it into four equal portions. Loosely shape each portion into a ball. Turn the griddle heat to medium-high and place the balls of meat onto the griddle. Use parchment paper and a burger smasher to press each ball into a thin patty, holding the press for ten seconds. Spread a thin layer of mustard onto the patties and cook them for about 1.5 minutes. Flip the patties and immediately top each with a slice of cheese, followed by bacon and caramelized onions.
4. Double stack the patties and place them on brioche buns, spreading burger sauce on the buns as desired. If you like, toast the buns on the griddle before assembling.
5. Wrap the assembled burgers tightly in foil and let them steam for five minutes before serving.

Ingredients
4 cups cooked rice (day-old or microwave pouches)
3 eggs
1 can Spam, diced
1 bunch green onions (whites and greens separated, chopped)
1.5 tsp garlic paste
1.5 tsp ginger paste
Soy sauce (to taste)
Oyster sauce (to taste)
Sesame oil (to drizzle)
Pinch of white pepper
Pinch of MSG (optional)
Toasted sesame seeds (for garnish)
Neutral oil (e.g., avocado oil)
Directions
1. Prep the Spam by dicing it. Scramble the eggs in a small bowl. Chop green onions, separating the white and green parts. If using microwave rice, there is no need to heat it beforehand.
2. Preheat the griddle to 400°F. Add a light coating of oil and pour in the eggs. Cook gently for 2–3 minutes, then remove and set aside.
3. Add more oil to the griddle. Sauté the white parts of the green onions with garlic and ginger paste for 30 seconds, tossing constantly. Add rice and stir-fry until heated through. Drizzle with soy sauce and oyster sauce. Push rice to one side of the griddle.
4. Fry diced Spam for 1–2 minutes until lightly browned. Combine Spam with the rice. Add scrambled eggs, breaking them into small pieces and mixing evenly. Adjust seasoning with more soy sauce and oyster sauce if needed.
5. Drizzle with sesame oil and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds and green onion greens. Serve and enjoy!

Ingredients
1 box Jiffy Cornbread Mix
⅓ cup whole milk
2 large eggs
6-7 slices of breakfast ham, diced
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
½ stick salted butter
Directions
1. Heat your portable pizza oven to 500°F, leaving the pan inside to preheat.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine the Jiffy Cornbread Mix, milk, and eggs. Stir until smooth.
3. Dice the breakfast ham and fold it into the batter. Then, mix in the shredded cheddar cheese.
4. Once the oven reaches 500°F, remove the preheated pan carefully. Add the salted butter to the pan and swirl it around to coat the bottom evenly.
5. Pour the prepared batter into the buttered pan, spreading it evenly.
6. Carefully return the pan to the pizza oven and bake for 8-9 minutes, or until the cornbread is golden brown and set in the center.
7. Remove the pan carefully from the oven, let it cool slightly, and enjoy your delicious cornbread!

1 (10 oz) package refrigerated Rana Ravioli (any flavor)
2 eggs
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon Blackstone Tuscan Herb seasoning

½ cup Parmesan cheese, divided
1 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
Avocado spray oil
Marinara sauce (for serving)
Fresh basil (for garnish)
Directions
1. Preheat your E-Series Air Fryer oven to 400°F.
2. In one bowl, whisk the eggs with garlic powder and Tuscan Herb seasoning.
3. In a second bowl, mix the breadcrumbs with ¼ cup of Parmesan cheese.
4. Dip each ravioli into the egg mixture, ensuring it's fully coated.
5. Dredge the ravioli in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing lightly to adhere.
6. Place the coated ravioli on the air fryer basket in a single layer.
7. Spray both sides of the ravioli with avocado oil.
8. Air fry for 4 minutes, then flip and cook for an additional 4 minutes, or until golden brown.
9. Plate the toasted ravioli and garnish with the remaining Parmesan cheese and fresh basil.
10. Serve with marinara sauce for dipping. (Optional: Heat the marinara sauce in the air fryer in an oven-safe dish while the ravioli cooks.)

4 tablespoons olive oil
4 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1-2 tablespoons fresh oregano leaves

1 pint grape tomatoes, sliced in half
4 on-the-vine tomatoes, quartered
½ red onion, sliced
½ cucumber, sliced
8-10 large basil leaves, torn
3-4 tablespoons lightly chopped flat-leaf parsley
2-3 teaspoons lemon zest
Juice of 1 lemon

Directions
1. Heat your Blackstone griddle to medium-high heat. Add a bit of olive oil and toast the bread slices on both sides for about 2-3 minutes per side.
2. In a large mixing bowl, add the oil, vinegar, oregano, garlic, tomatoes, red onion, cucumber, basil, parsley, lemon zest, lemon juice, and a few shakes of Blackstone SPG Seasoning. Gently toss to mix the ingredients evenly.
3. Once the bread is toasted on both sides, cut it into bite-sized pieces and toss it into the bowl with the tomatoes. Gently mix all ingredients together.
4. Season the salmon on both sides with Blackstone SPG Seasoning and Blackstone Tuscan Herb Seasoning.
5. Turn the griddle up to high heat and cook the salmon for 2-3 minutes on each side.
6. To plate, add the tomato salad to a family-style serving platter. Cut the salmon into large chunks and place it on top of the salad. Garnish with a bit of lemon zest and shredded Grana Padano.

It’s Burger Week at Camp Griddle More, and Jeremy is cooking up his favorite Bacon Cheddar BBQ Pretzel Burger. With sharp cheddar, thick-cut bacon, and a sweet-spicy sauce on a pretzel roll, this burger is stacked with flavor. Each bite is the perfect mix of salty, tangy, and sweet.

Ingredients
4 pretzel rolls, sliced
1 lb ground beef (80/20 blend preferred)
4 slices sharp cheddar cheese (from the deli, thick cut)
8 slices thick-cut bacon
Pickle slices, for topping
Whiskey burger seasoning, to taste
Griddle spray or oil, for cooking
¼ cup Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ sauce
1 tbsp Mike’s Hot Honey (or regular honey with a dash of hot sauce)
Directions
1. In a small bowl, mix the Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ sauce with Mike’s Hot Honey to create the BBQ Honey Sauce. Set aside.
2. Slice the pretzel rolls and set aside.
3. Preheat a griddle or skillet on medium heat. Add the bacon and cook, flipping occasionally, until crispy but not burnt. Set aside on a paper towel-lined plate to drain.
4. Divide the ground beef into 8 equal portions, then roll each into a ball. Season generously with whiskey burger seasoning.
5. Increase griddle or skillet heat to high. Lightly oil the surface or spray your spatula with cooking spray to prevent sticking. Place each beef ball on the hot griddle, press down with a spatula to flatten, and cook until browned and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side.
6. Once you flip the burgers, immediately add a slice of sharp cheddar to each patty, allowing it to melt as the burger finishes cooking.
7. Place the sliced pretzel rolls cut-side down on the griddle to toast briefly until golden.
8. To assemble the burgers, stack two patties on each pretzel roll base. Add two slices of crispy bacon, a few pickles, and a generous drizzle of the BBQ Honey Sauce. Top with the other half of the pretzel roll.

Amazing way to make baked BBQ Chicken Drumsticks, we serve them with Baked Beans and Pasta Salad..
BBQ Chicken Drumsticks
Ingredients:
14 Drumsticks
1-1/2 - 2 cups BBQ Sauce, your favorite
1 tbsp Paprika
1 tbsp Onion, dried/minced
1 tbsp Cumin, ground
1 tbsp Garlic, granulated
2 tsp Pepper
2 tsp Salt
1 tbsp Basil, dried
2 tbsp Hot Sauce, your favorite (optional)
2 tbsp Oil + extra
Combine Paprika, Onion, Cumin, Garlic, Pepper, Salt & Basil, whisk well.
Optional, if you want to wash the Chicken Drumsticks.
Soak them a little bit in salted Water and clean with quartered Limes.
Rinse with Water and pat them dry.
Coat Drumsticks with Oil, Seasoning Mixture & Hot Sauce.
Cover with Plastic Wrap.
Refrigerate for 1 hour.
Preheat Oven 400°F.
Line Baking Sheet with Foil.
Coat lightly with Oil.
Place Chicken Legs in single layer on Baking Sheet.
Bake 20 Minutes.
Coat with BBQ Sauce and flip.
Continue baking for 20 Minutes.
Coat Drumsticks on both sides and bake extra 10 Minutes.
Done when juices run clear & internal Temp minimal 165° F.

Roasted Squash Medley
Ingredients:
1 Delicata Squash
1 Butternut Squash
1 sm Kabocha Squash
1 Red Onion, cut bite-sized
6-7 Garlic Cloves, smashed
1 tbsp fresh Rosemary, chopped
1 tsp ground Cumin
1 tsp Salt
2 tsp smoked Paprika
1/4 tsp Pepper
2 tbsp Oil (your choice)
1 tbsp fresh Parsley, chopped
Cut the Ends off the Delicata Squash.
Slice in half lengthwise & scoop out Seeds.
Cut in bite-sized Cubes.
Slice Ends off Butternut Squash.
Cut in half lengthwise, peel & scoop out Seeds.
Cut in bite-sized Cubes.
Cut Ends off Kabocha Squash.
Slice in half & scoop out Seeds.
Cut in bite-sized Cubes.
Line large Baking Sheet with Foil.
Preheat Oven 425°F.
Combine Rosemary, Cumin, Salt, Paprika & Pepper, whisk well.
In large bowl combine all Squash Cubes, Red Onion, Garlic, Seasoning Mixture & Oil, mix well.
Place in single layer on prepared Baking Sheet.
Roast 15 Minutes.
Flip everything over & continue roasting 10-15 Minutes or until tender.
Serve and sprinkle with Parsley.
Enjoy!

1 ½ sticks unsalted butter, softened
¼ cup shelled pistachios
8-10 fresh basil leaves
Zest of 1 lemon
1 (16 oz) box of rigatoni, cooked al dente
2 pints grape tomatoes
Freshly shredded Parmigiano-Reggiano
Additional lemon zest
Directions
1. Season the Chicken: Season the chicken thighs evenly on all sides with Blackstone SPG and Tuscan Herb Seasonings.
2. Cook the Chicken: Heat your grill (or stovetop) to medium-high and add a drizzle of olive oil. Cook the chicken thighs for 4-5 minutes on each side, until fully cooked.
3. Prepare the Basil Pistachio Butter: In a food processor, combine the butter, pistachios, basil leaves, lemon zest, and a few shakes of Blackstone SPG seasoning. Pulse until the mixture is smooth and fully combined.
4. Chop the Chicken: Once the chicken is cooked, remove it from the grill and chop into bite-sized pieces.
5. Mix Everything Together: On the same grill (or pan), add a bit of water to the area where the chicken was cooked. Place the cooked rigatoni over the top, scraping and tossing the noodles in the liquid. Add the grape tomatoes, chopped chicken, and a few spoonfuls of the basil pistachio butter. Toss everything together to evenly coat the noodles and chicken.
6. Serve: Finish the dish with a generous amount of freshly shredded Parmigiano-Reggiano. Garnish with additional lemon zest and a light sprinkle of Blackstone Tuscan Herb Seasoning. Serve hot.

1 lb pasta, cooked and drained
14 oz smoked sausage, sliced
½ red bell pepper, sliced
½ green bell pepper, sliced
½ orange bell pepper, sliced
1 red onion, sliced
5 tbsp unsalted butter
½ cup Parmesan cheese, plus extra for serving
8 oz whipped cream cheese
2 tbsp garlic paste
1 cup heavy whipping cream
Blackstone Fajita Seasoning
Fresh parsley or cilantro, chopped (for garnish)
Directions
1. Drizzle oil over medium-high heat on a griddle. Add the sausage, bell peppers, and onion. Season with fajita seasoning and toss to coat. Cook until the vegetables are tender and the sausage is heated through, adding 1 tbsp of garlic paste for extra seasoning.
2. Add the cooked pasta to the griddle. Season again with fajita seasoning and 1 tbsp of garlic paste. Stir in the butter, allowing it to melt and coat the pasta.
3. Add the whipped cream cheese and heavy whipping cream, tossing to melt and combine evenly with the pasta. Stir in the Parmesan cheese, mixing well. Add more Parmesan if desired, along with some chopped parsley or cilantro.

This Maple Glazed Pumpkin Bread is amazingly moist and delicious, great with a cup of Tea or Coffee.
Pumpkin Bread
Ingredients:
1-3/4 cups Flour
2-1/2 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Baking Powder
15 oz Pumpkin Puree
3/4 cup Sugar
3/4 cup Brown Sugar
2 Eggs
1-1/2 tsp Vanilla
1/2 cup Oil
1 cup White Baking Chips (or white Chocolate Chips)
Glaze:
1-1/2 - 2 cups Powdered Sugar
2-1/2 tbsp Butter
1/4 cup Maple Syrup
1/4 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
Pinch of Salt
Grease & line Loaf Pan with Parchment Paper.
Preheat Oven 350°F
Combine Flour, Pumpkin Pie Spice, Salt, Baking Soda & Baking Powder whisk well.
Mix together Pumpkin Puree, Sugar, Brown Sugar, Eggs, Vanilla & Oil.
Incorporate Flour Mixture.
Fold in white Chips.
Fill prepared Loaf Pan.
Bake 60 Minutes or until tester comes out clean.
Rest 5 Minutes in Loaf Pan.
Cool completely on Wire Rack.
Sift Powdered Sugar, Salt & Pumpkin Pie Spice together.
Microwave Butter & Maple Syrup (until Butter is melted 10 Seconds at a time)
Add Powdered Sugar Mixture, whisk well until smooth. (more Powdered Sugar if you like Glaze thicker)
Coat cold Pumpkin Bread with Glaze, let set.
Enjoy!

This extra smoky French onion soup is my interpretation of the classic French onion soup that we all know and love. There are many recipes for that famous soup online, but I wanted to use my imagination and add my own spin on the classic. My French onion soup is extra smoky because I added smoked paprika to it. For even more smoky notes I topped it with grated, smoked Gruyere cheese. I also added some mushrooms to make the soup richer. Those little tweaks made the soup irresistible. The onion and the mushrooms go so well with the smoky notes. Every spoonful is so flavorful.

Smoked Tomato Chicken Caprese | Blackstone Griddles

Chef Nate is using the Blackstone Griddle Pellet Grill Combo to cook up something amazing—Smoked Tomato Chicken Caprese. He's pairing it with cheesy asparagus, and this combo is seriously good. Add some balsamic glaze on top, and your guests will love it!

Ingredients
4 boneless, skin-on chicken thighs
2-3 pints grape or cherry tomatoes
6-8 cloves fresh garlic, smashed
1 tbsp. dried oregano
1 leek, thinly sliced
Blackstone Tuscan Herb Seasoning
Blackstone S.P.G. Seasoning
A handful of asparagus, cleaned and trimmed
8-12 slices mozzarella cheese
8 large fresh basil leaves
Balsamic glaze
Grana Padano or Parmigiano Reggiano, grated
Olive oil
Directions
1. Preheat your Blackstone Griddle Pellet Grill Combo to 375°F.
2. On a large sheet tray, combine the tomatoes, garlic, leeks, and dried oregano. Season with Blackstone S.P.G. and Tuscan Herb Seasoning, then drizzle with olive oil. Toss to coat evenly.
3. Place the tray in the pellet grill and cook for 20-30 minutes, until tomatoes are soft.
4. In a large mixing bowl, coat the chicken thighs with olive oil and season with Blackstone S.P.G. and Tuscan Herb Seasonings. Ensure the skin remains attached.
5. Heat your griddle to medium heat. Place the chicken skin-side down and cook for 5-6 minutes, then flip and cook until fully cooked through.
6. Remove the chicken from the griddle and let it rest.
7. In the remaining chicken fat, cook the asparagus until nearly done, about 90% cooked.
8. Stack the asparagus into individual serving piles, place mozzarella slices and basil leaves on top, and cover with a dome to melt the cheese. This should take about 2 minutes.
9. Remove the tomatoes from the pellet grill and mash them together with a fork to create a rustic sauce.
10. To plate, place the cheesy asparagus on the bottom, followed by the chicken thighs. Spoon the mashed tomatoes over the chicken, drizzle with balsamic glaze, and garnish with grated Parmigiano or Grana Padano. Serve hot.

Ingredients:
1 Plantain, peeled & mashed
1 Apple, peeled, cored & diced
1-3/4 cups Flour
1 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Baking Soda
1/4 cup Brown Sugar
1/2 cup Sugar
1/2 cup Butter, melted
1 Egg
Topping:
2 tbsp Sugar
1 tsp Cinnamon
12 Muffin Paper Cups
Preheat Oven 350° F
Place Paper Cups in Muffin Pan.
Combine Flour, Cinnamon, Salt, Baking Powder & Baking Soda, whisk well, set aside.
Cream together Brown Sugar, Sugar & Butter.
Add Egg and mix.
Add Plantain and mix.
Incorporate Flour Mixture in batches.
Fold in Apples.
Fill each cup equally with Batter.
Sprinkle half of Cinnamon Sugar over Batter.
Bake 20-22 Minutes.
Sprinkle the rest of Cinnamon Sugar immediately after baking over Muffins.
Rest 5 Minutes in Pan.
Cool completely on Wire Rack.
Enjoy!

Ingredients:
1 cup Cranberries, dried
1/2 cup Almond Slices, toasted
1-3/4 cups Flour
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 cup Coconut Oil, soft
3/4 cup Sugar plus extra to coat
1 Egg
1 tsp Vanilla
Soak Cranberries in boiling Water for 10-15 Minutes, remove & pat dry.
Combine Flour, Salt & Baking Soda, whisk well set aside.
Cream together Coconut Oil & Sugar.
Add Egg and Vanilla.
Incorporate Flour Mixture.
Fold in Almonds & Cranberries.
Cover with Plastic Wrap and refrigerate 1 hour.
Preheat Oven 350°F.
Line Cookie Sheet with Parchment Paper.
Form equal sized Dough Balls (approx 25-26gr. each)
Coat each Ball with Sugar.
Place equally spaced apart on Cookie Sheet.
Bake 10-12 Minutes or lightly golden.
Rest on Sheet for 3 Minutes.
Cool completely on Wire Rack.
Enjoy!

Great Recipe for Fritters, made with fresh Corn. We server them with a dollop of Sour Cream and a sprinkle of Green Onions.
Corn Fritters
Ingredients:
2-3 Corn, (2-1/4 cups)
3 tbsp Green Onion, chopped
1-1/4 cups Flour
1/4 tsp Pepper
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Cumin
2 tsp Sugar
2 tsp Corn Starch
1-1/2 tsp Baking Powder
2 Eggs
1/2 cup Milk
Oil
Remove Corn from Cobs, set aside.
Chop Green Onions, set aside.
Combine Flour, Pepper, Salt, Cumin, Sugar, Corn Starch & Baking Powder, whisk well, set aside.
Whisk together Egg & Milk.
Incorporate Flour Mixture.
Mix in Corn & Green Onions.
On med/high Temp. heat 2 tbsp of Oil in medium sized Skillet.
Place down three large spoon full of Batter, cook Fritters until golden on both sides. Approx. 2- 3 Minutes on each side.
(cook in batches)
Remove and drain on Paper Towel.
Place on Baking Sheet, keep warm in Oven on low Temp. until ready to use.
Enjoy!

Famous Creamy Garlic Sauce Pasta Recipe For You! Check out Ingredients & Recipe below:
Ingredients For Boiling Pasta:
250 grams dry linguine pasta
8 cups water
1 tsp salt
Ingredients For Making Creamy Garlic Pasta Sauce With Mushrooms:
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp unsalted butter
3 large cloves of garlic - minced
250 ml heavy cream
Salt & crushed black pepper to taste
225 grams of cleaned &sliced Cremini mushrooms
1/2 cup chicken stock
1/2 cup pasta water
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
2 tbsp freshly chopped flat leaf parsley
Cooking Instructions:
In a large pot bring 8 cups of water to rolling boil
Add salt & dry linguine pasta
Cook for 9 minutes, until al dente
In the meantime let's make our Pasta Sauce:
Add olive oil and unsalted butter to a hot sauce pan
Once butter is melted add minced garlic
Reduce heat to medium-low and saute garlic for 30 seconds
Add 250 ml heavy cream and let it thicken by stirring it for 4 minutes
Now pour in chicken stock and pasta water
Next add salt & crushed black pepper to taste, mix well
Now add sliced Cremini mushrooms & cook them for 3 to 4 minutes
Toss in capers, mix well
Grate in 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese and freshly chopped parsley
Wala! Your delicious Pasta in Creamy Garlic Sauce With Mushrooms is ready! Garnish with grated Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley
Finally, transfer pasta to a bowl. Buon Appetito!
