Heat your Blackstone griddle to medium-high heat. Add a bit of olive oil and toast the bread slices on both sides for about 2-3 minutes per side. 2. In a large mixing bowl, add the oil, vinegar, oregano, garlic, tomatoes, red onion, cucumber, basil, parsley, lemon zest, lemon juice, and a few shakes of Blackstone SPG Seasoning. Gently toss to mix the ingredients evenly. 3. Once the bread is toasted on both sides, cut it into bite-sized pieces and toss it into the bowl with the tomatoes. Gently mix all ingredients together. 4. Season the salmon on both sides with Blackstone SPG Seasoning and Blackstone Tuscan Herb Seasoning. 5. Turn the griddle up to high heat and cook the salmon for 2-3 minutes on each side. 6. To plate, add the tomato salad to a family-style serving platter. Bacon Cheddar BBQ Pretzel Burger: https://blackstoneproducts.com/blogs/recipes/bacon-cheddar-bbq-pretzel-burger Ingredients 4 pretzel rolls, sliced 1 lb ground beef (80/20 blend preferred) 4 slices sharp cheddar cheese (from the deli, thick cut) 8 slices thick-cut bacon Pickle slices, for topping Whiskey burger seasoning, to taste Griddle spray or oil, for cooking ¼ cup Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ sauce 1 tbsp Mike’s Hot Honey (or regular honey with a dash of hot sauce) Directions 1. In a small bowl, mix the Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ sauce with Mike’s Hot Honey to create the BBQ Honey Sauce. Set aside. 2. Slice the pretzel rolls and set aside. 3. Preheat a griddle or skillet on medium heat. Add the bacon and cook, flipping occasionally, until crispy but not burnt. Set aside on a paper towel-lined plate to drain. 4. Divide the ground beef into 8 equal portions, then roll each into a ball. Season generously with whiskey burger seasoning. 5. Increase griddle or skillet heat to high. Lightly oil the surface or spray your spatula with cooking spray to prevent sticking. How to make Amazing BBQ Chicken Drumsticks

BBQ Chicken Drumsticks Ingredients: 14 Drumsticks 1-1/2 - 2 cups BBQ Sauce, your favorite 1 tbsp Paprika 1 tbsp Onion, dried/minced 1 tbsp Cumin, ground 1 tbsp Garlic, granulated 2 tsp Pepper 2 tsp Salt 1 tbsp Basil, dried 2 tbsp Hot Sauce, your favorite (optional) 2 tbsp Oil + extra Combine Paprika, Onion, Cumin, Garlic, Pepper, Salt & Basil, whisk well. Optional, if you want to wash the Chicken Drumsticks. Soak them a little bit in salted Water and clean with quartered Limes. Rinse with Water and pat them dry. Coat Drumsticks with Oil, Seasoning Mixture & Hot Sauce. Cover with Plastic Wrap. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Preheat Oven 400°F. Line Baking Sheet with Foil. Coat lightly with Oil. Place Chicken Legs in single layer on Baking Sheet. Bake 20 Minutes. Coat with BBQ Sauce and flip. Continue baking for 20 Minutes. Coat Drumsticks on both sides and bake extra 10 Minutes.
