Meatloaf Ingredients: 2 lb Ground Beef 2 Eggs 1/2 cup Onions, chopped 1/2 cup Celery, chopped 4 tbsp Parsley, chopped 3 Garlic Cloves, minced 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce 3/4 tsp Pepper 1 tsp Smoked Paprika 2 tsp Dijon Mustard 1/4 cup Honey BBQ Sauce 1 cup Sourdough Bread Crumbs (Homemade Tip: cut Sourdough Bread, air dry a few days. Blend, not to fine & add Italian Seasoning) Topping: 1/2 cup Honey BBQ Sauce Preheat Oven 350° F Line Loaf Pan with Parchment Paper. Combine Beef, Eggs, Worcestershire Sauce, Pepper, Paprika, Garlic, Onion, Celery, Parsley, Bread Crumbs, Mustard & BBQ Sauce. Place in prepared Loaf Pan. Brush with half of BBQ Sauce for Topping. Bake 50 Minutes. Brush with remaining BBQ Sauce and continue baking 15 Minutes. (Internal Temp 160°F) Rest Meatloaf for 10 Minutes (drain any released liquid if necessary) before serving. Enjoy!

Got a little tired of turkey and opted for a big prime rib this year at thanksgiving. Rib roast is a Christmas dinner classic and this red wine marinade adds an incredible layer of flavor. Here is how we made it: 1. Here we did a 15lb bone in rib roast. Boneless is also fine. Make 1/2 inch deep slits all over the meat and stuff with chunks of garlic. Get any sort of container that can fit your roast and pour over a large bottle of red wine, 1/4 cup vermouth, and 1/2 cup brandy. Stick this in the fridge 24 hrs before you plan to cook the roast. If your roast is not fully submerged, this is fine, just flip it after 12 hours so both sides get the marinade. Use cheap red wine for this. 2. Once the roast has marinated take it out. Mix softened butter with garlic, rosemary, sage, thyme, salt and pepper. Rub butter all over roast. Let roast sit out for a bit and come close to room temperature. 3. We had a rotisserie on our smoker, but you don’t need one. Get the roast on the smoker at 225 and be sure to put a meat thermometer in. The time your roast takes will depend on multiple factors so it’s best to go by temperature. @meater makes the best meat thermometer and that’s what was used for this roast. It sends notifications to your phone about the progress of your cook which is very nice when you’re cooking a big dinner and don’t want to babysit your smoker. 4. Our goal temperature was 125° for a perfect medium rare. Once the temperature was 110°, we cranked the smoker up to 500° for a final sear and removed once it reached our goal temperature. If your roast gets done early, set aside and tent with foil, 10 min before serving throw it in a hot oven for 5 minutes to get it warm. The inside of the roast will stay warm for a long time. 5. Slice and serve with a horseradish cream sauce!

Chicken and Pineapple Soup A Book of Unusual Soups (1922) Original Recipe 1 large pineapple ¾ cup honey 3 pints of stock Juice of 1 lemon Chicken Forcemeat Select a large, very ripe pineapple. Wash and cut it into quarters and pour over them ¾ cupful of honey. Core, pare, and slice the quarters. Chop the pineapple core and parings and boil for an hour in three pints of stock. Pour over the sliced pineapple. Cool, add the juice of one lemon. Serve a slice of pine with each helping o the soup. Six or more servings. Or if preferred, the slices may be chopped or rated before going into the tureen, and afterwards strained out, serving the liquid alone. Garnishes: Steamed Quenelles of Chicken Forcemeat. Did we eat it? Yes Would I make it again? Yes Notes: I used much less honey. If you make it, find the right amount for you. I boiled the pineapple in the broth (not the core and parings). I used my own recipe for chicken meatballs. I had tried the forcemeat recipe for another soup and wasn't that crazy about it. Instead of cooking the meatballs on their own, I cooked them right in the soup. For a little more substance, when I reheated the leftovers I added some rice. Not for everyone, but I really like the taste of cooked pineapple. If you do too, you might enjoy this soup. I'm glad we bought another flavor from Simply Southern over at Rikkis Market these will easily stay stocked in our house! Recipe: Chicken 8-9 tenders, or thighs (if you prefer dry chicken use breasts) 😂 Seasoning S&P Garlic Powder Ground Ginger Smoked Paprika Ground Turmeric Onion Powder season both sides to your liking Slice into fork size pieces. Pot on medium-high heat add 3 tablespoons of Olive Oil cook chicken for 4-5 minutes stirring occasionally. remove chicken set aside. (Optional Add cooked bacon to pot stirring until it start to release grease. You can add cooked bacon at the end, I wanted the flavor to be cooked in) Add your Bag of Jalapeno Popper mix stir well Add 3 cup of hot water (if using machine with hot water option only) or just add the water you prefer. Stir until mixed well. Bring to a boil cook for about 9-12 minutes or until noodles are to your likening. add 1 block of cream cheese add 6 cubed slices of Gouda Cheese or what you prefer or shredded stir until all is melted and incorporated. add chicken and juices back to pot stir until nice and hot Serve, I added fresh parmesan cheese and chives on top. Serving about 4-6 This was honestly incredible. Took it for lunch the next day, I swear it was even better. Great price, easy to make in 20 minutes. Enjoy! for a 1 pot bag meal 9.2!

We bought our dehydrator years ago and only use it to make jerky. Well I decided I wanted to start using it for more and started with herbs and zucchini. Worked really well! Some herbs needed a lot longer, but I just kept going until they felt crunchy. Next week; I'll bring you along as I do squash and apples. You can put dehydrated food on the shelf, but use an oxygen absorber and seal the lid to keep longer than 6 months. I plan to use my zucchini before that and most of the herbs I did put by in the fridge just as an extra precaution due to not sure they got 100% dried. I'm excited to keep dehydrating and learning more.

This is a super easy Chicken Breast Recipe, we like to serve the Mayo Parmesan Chicken with Vegetable and Stuffing or mashed Potatoes. Mayo Parmesan Chicken Ingredients: 2 Chicken Breast 4 tbsp Mayonnaise Shredded Parmesan Cheese Italian Style Bread Crumbs Black Pepper Oil Line Baking Sheet with Parchment Paper. Lightly coat with Oil. Preheat Oven 400° F Slice each Chicken Breast horizontally in half, to get 4 portions. Season each portion with Black Pepper. Spread a spoon full of Mayo on each. Top with a layer of Parmesan Cheese. Sprinkle with Bread Crumbs to your liking. Bake 20 Minutes and golden. Enjoy!

Super delicious Peanut Butter Cookies, this is a great Recipe for a Dessert. Peanut Butter Cookies Ingredients: 1-1/3 cup Flour 1/4 tsp Salt 1/2 tsp Baking Soda 1/2 tsp Baking Powder 1/2 tsp Cinnamon 8 tbsp Butter (softened) 1/2 cup Sugar 1/2 cup Brown Sugar (packed) 1 Egg 1 tsp Vanilla 3/4 cup Peanut Butter (creamy) 1/2 cup Peanuts (roasted) Preheat Oven 350° F Line Baking Sheet with Parchment Paper Combine Flour, Salt, Baking Soda, Baking Powder and Cinnamon, set aside. Cream together Butter, Sugar and Brown Sugar, add Egg, Vanilla and Peanut Butter. Add Flour Mixture in two batches, incorporate Peanuts. Use one scoop (approx. 30 - 31 gr.) of Cookie Dough and shape into a ball. Place 12 Cookie balls about 2 inches apart on Baking Sheet. Flatten and criss cross the Dough with a fork. Bake 9 - 10 Minutes, Cookie will be slightly under baked, rest for 6 Minutes on Baking Sheet. Remove and cool the Peanut Butter Cookies completely on wire rack. Repeat with the rest of Dough, makes 28 Cookies. Enjoy!
