Cooking in the countryside has various methods, which can be seen in the preparation of different homemade dishes.
In the village, we gather fresh herbs from the gardens and prepare them for cooking.
The steps to prepare a stuffed vegetable dish are as follows: first, we wash and chop the herbs.
Then, we sauté the meat and onions together and prepare the stuffed meat sauce.
On the side, we chop some walnuts and mix them with minced onions, adding spices to the sour plum juice.
We stuff each of these mixtures into vegetables like eggplant, tomatoes, and bell peppers, and cook them gently over low heat.
Eggplant and tomato dolma is one of the most popular stuffed dishes, known for its incredible flavor!
