Steak is one of the most beloved dishes worldwide, cooked with various types of meat and sauces. In this story, a group of village girls decides to spice up steak with a special recipe and bake it in an oven!
They start by picking some figs and grating them to create a flavorful steak sauce. The figs are then mixed with butter and spices, which are poured over the meat to make it tender and delicious. After about an hour, the meat is ready to be cooked.
The steaks are hung in the oven and slowly cooked at a low temperature. Meanwhile, a tasty mushroom sauce is prepared with mushrooms, cream, and milk. This sauce is one of the most popular accompaniments to steak, and it's incredibly delicious!

How to make a simple and delicious chicken fillet!
Hello! Welcome to my kitchen! 😋
Ingredients👇👇👇
**Recipe 1**
- 3 chicken fillets
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 0.5 teaspoon ground black pepper
Cover with plastic wrap and let it marinate for 15 minutes.
- 2 onions
- 2 tomatoes
- 6 potatoes
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 0.5 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 0.5 teaspoon curry powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 0.5 teaspoon dried garlic
- 0.5 teaspoon thyme
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Wooden skewers
- 300 grams smoked bacon, cooked
- 3 sheets of baking foil
- 2 sheets of baking paper
**Salad:**
- 2 zucchinis
- 2-3 cloves of garlic
- 0.5 teaspoon salt
- 0.5 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon French mustard
- 1 tablespoon honey
Let it marinate for 30 minutes.
**Glaze:**
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 0.5 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon French mustard
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
Place in a preheated oven at 240°C for 10-15 minutes.
Garnish with parsley to taste.
**Recipe 2**
- 3 chicken quarters
**Marinade:**
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 0.5 teaspoon cayenne
- 1 teaspoon French mustard
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 200 ml water
Place in a preheated oven at 180°C for 40-50 minutes.
Remove from the oven, let it cool, and refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
**Spinach Omelette**
- 200 grams spinach
- 3 eggs
- 100 ml cream (15%)
- 0.5 teaspoon salt
- 0.5 teaspoon ground black pepper
Mix well.
- 30 grams butter
- 2 tomatoes
- 100 grams mozzarella
- Parsley

Every year, towards the end of the spring season, we go to our highland to pick Echium amoenum. We collect these highly beneficial flowers to make Echium amoenum jam and also dry them to prepare herbal tea throughout the year and benefit from its abundant properties.
After the jam is prepared, we add a little lemon juice to it, which prevents crystallization and also changes the color of the jam due to the acidic nature of lemon juice, making it vibrant.
Echium amoenum jam is incredibly delicious and has numerous medicinal properties. It is also quick to prepare. If you have Echium amoenum around you, be sure to make jam out of them and enjoy it.

Today is the beginning of the second month of the summer season, and we are experiencing a cloudy and rainy day in our village, which is one of the great blessings of the summer season!
the smell of the soil getting wet under the rain and the sound of water rushing from the clay roof of the house; It takes me back to my childhood days when I spent the rainy season with my grandmother and her wood stove.
The smell of burning firewood smoke inside the wood stove, colorful and always hot tea in grandma's kettle and the table always ready to be spread with local dairy products and her own homemade bread!
To revive these beautiful memories, my mother and I decided to cook today's food in the tailor's house with a beautiful clay roof, but the surprise of the rain in the middle of the summer season forced us to continue working on the porch of the house😅🌦

Yogurt and spice sauce is one of my mother's special ways to cook our favorite dishes.

This sea is home to a variety of aquatic life, including numerous fish species.
One of my favorite fish, besides the rainbow trout, is the fish known locally as Fitofak. This fish, combined with vegetables, especially hot peppers, is incredibly delicious.
Today, we are preparing this fish along with several types of herbs and serving it with herb-infused rice.
The spiciness of the herbs, paired with the delightful flavor of the fish and fresh mushrooms grown locally, creates a fantastic combination that I absolutely love.

Since we needed fresh, organic garden produce to cook a healthy plant-based meal, today I decided to share this dish with you.
I visited this beautiful shop filled with wooden home decor, beautiful hand-woven rugs, and various handicrafts made by local artisans! People here sell their freshly harvested garden products directly at the entrance of the same garden, which allows for direct, affordable, and extremely fresh and healthy purchases!
Buying from these small stalls is very pleasant and lovely 😊😅.
Among the products grown in these gardens are cucumbers, tomatoes, pumpkins, watermelons, eggplants, bell peppers, and hot peppers.
Today, at the suggestion of my mother and some of our visitors who requested a plant-based meal, we are making a very delicious and healthy dish from these fresh products.
This dish can be served as a main course for vegetarians and will surely become a favorite for those who try it!
Besides avoiding meat, the fact that we don't fry it with oil makes it even healthier.

Today's dish is one of our most famous meals, often prepared for important and grand ceremonies. It's called Khoresh-e Goosht (Meat Stew), made from beef and veal, fried in sheep tail fat.

My grandparents had a water mill in our village of Aqdagi, where they would grind wheat and barley. One of my mother’s favorite methods of baking bread is on a saj (a traditional iron griddle), which she still prepares for us today.
It's customary to use this bread with local brothy dishes like Abgoosht, enhancing the flavor of the meal. This dish is made from calf heart and liver, one of our traditional foods.
In the past, when modern electric appliances like refrigerators were not available to store food, various meat products were preserved using this method.
They would fry the meat or organs in sheep fat, place them in clay pots, and cover them with melted sheep fat.
The fat would solidify, preventing air from reaching the contents of the clay pot.
The pot was then placed in deep holes to keep it away from heat, allowing the food to be stored and consumed during colder seasons.
Today, we will cook this dish with fresh heart, liver, and vegetables since we have modern preservation methods and don't need to store food for later use.
