The Bride of Christ in the Last Days - P12 - Why Does the World Hate the Bride?
Read along on the blog: https://seethemillennialis.wixsite.com/the-millennialist/post/the-bride-of-christ-in-the-last-days
There are many challenges a Bride faces while waiting for her husband to return for her during her Period of Sanctification. And for the Church, this is even more true. On account of her belonging to Jesus, her former "household" (the world) hates her, because they hate Him. She represents Him in the world. Let's dive into the challenges the Bride of Christ has in the world while we wait for His Return and what the Church is to do about it.

Media - A False Prophet in the Last Days
Follow along with the video on the blog: https://seethemillennialis.wixsite.com/the-millennialist/post/media-a-false-prophet-in-the-last-days
Media is the plural of the word "medium", which means “an agency by which something is accomplished, conveyed, or transferred” (Free Dictionary).
Like the Biblical definition of a "medium", modern media is a conduit for ungodly words to be conveyed and transferred to the entire world in opposition to the work of the Holy Spirit, which is to “convict the world concerning sin and righteousness and judgment” (John 16:8). Modern media is an "un-convicting" influence in the world, teaching humanity there is no sin, there are no righteous requirements, and there is no judgement for sin.
There have always been false prophets in the world and mediums for unclean and evil spirits, but with the "increase in knowledge" in "the time of the end" (Daniel 12:4), something unique has happened. For the first time in recorded history, there is a consistent voice speaking into the world 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Billions of people around the world, listen to its words, view its images, and imitate its influence, which "broadband jams" their conscience and the working of the Holy Spirit in the world.
Modern media is a false prophet acting in the world in direct opposition to the work and ministry of the Holy Spirit. Let's look together in God's Word to learn more about the Holy Spirit's ministry through the Church.

The Bride of Christ in the Last Days - 7 - The Bride and Her Period of Sanctification
What is the bride up to while she waits for her husband to return for her to take her away with him in the ancient Jewish marriage custom?
In remarkable harmony with the Jewish ceremony, we see Jesus leaves His Church to go to His Father where He is preparing a place for Her there. As He leaves, He sends her the Holy Spirit as a pledge of the wonderous things to come and the promise that He will return for her. This starts the Betrothal Period (or Period of Sanctification) when Christ and the Church are apart from each other for a very long period of time (approximately a year).
The Betrothal Period corresponds to the "church age" - the last 2,000 years of the Church's sanctification on the earth. Let's look at what the Church is to be doing during this time while she waits and watches for Him.

The Bride of Christ in the Last Days - 6 - The Bridegroom's Pledge to His Bride
Read along with the video here on the blog: https://seethemillennialis.wixsite.com/the-millennialist/post/the-bride-of-christ-in-the-last-days
In the last few videos we began digging into the Scriptural story of the Bride of Christ. In this video, we dive into Jewish custom of the bridegroom's pledge to his bride as he leaves her for the Betrothal Period to return to his father's home where he will prepare a place for them to start their life together. This pledge was to be a "proof" of his faithfulness and the value he places on his wife. It is also a promise that he will return for her and a "first-installment" of things to come for her in their marriage.
In Scripture we find all this represented beautifully through Christ's pledge to His Church. This pledge is the Holy Spirit, which He gave to the Church after He left Her to return to His Father in Heaven to prepare a place for the Church. Scripture tells us that the Holy Spirit seals us in Christ. It is a "first installment" of the glory to come and a promise that Jesus will return for His Church.
Jesus gave the Holy Spirit to His Church before leaving her to return to His Father's Kingdom, where He is preparing a place for her to be with Him. It is a promise that He will return. Let's examine God's wonderful Word together as we face these last days before Jesus' return for His Church. Amen!

Christ's Return for the Church - Musical Ambiance for Scriptural Meditation
Jewish shofar trumpet blasts, earthquakes, thunder, and the cry of the archangel mix with uplifting music to encourage our awe at the promise of Jesus' return for His Church. A collection of Scriptures speaking to Christ's coming fade in and out of this beautiful animated painting symbolically depicting that future day.
The painting depicts a "door standing open in heaven" (Revelation 4:1). Jesus does not touch the earth, but calls His Bride up from the grave to meet Him in the clouds of the air (1 Thessalonians 4:17). The seven flames represent the seven angels of the seven churches (Revelation 1:20). They are arrayed in a constellation "M" for "Messiah".
Open your Bible and rest your mind on the theme of God's promise and soak in the sounds told to us in Scripture will accompany that great day!
This video is made for Believers to rest their hearts and minds on the promises of God and also to help those dealing with anxiety, apprehension, fear, illness, insomnia, oppression, and all things that persecute and drain Believers in their walk in this world.
Listen to the epic blasts of the Hebrew Shofar, thunder, roaring wind, the voice of the archangel, earthquakes, and graves being opened in this celebration of the promise of the Resurrection of Believers at His return.
The voice of the archangel in this video cries the Hebrew word "Kun", which means "Be firm" and "Make yourself ready!" or "Get ready!" similar to the messengers of a Jewish bridegroom who would cry, "Behold, the bridegroom comes! May the bride make herself ready!" to alert the bride to put on her wedding garment and leave her father's house and come away with him to the wedding feast.
A sample of Scriptures below stir ours hearts to this theme of God's Word:
“For as often as ye eat this bread, and drink this cup, ye do shew the Lord's death till he come” (1 Corinthians 11:26). “Let not your heart be troubled: ye believe in God, believe also in Me. 2 In my Father's house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. 3 And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto Myself; that where I am, there ye may be also” (John 14:1-3). “So Christ was once offered to bear the sins of many; and unto them that look for him shall he appear the second time without sin unto salvation” (Hebrews 9:28). “For as the lightning cometh out of the east, and shineth even unto the west; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be” (Matthew 24:27). “Beloved, now are we the sons of God, and it doth not yet appear what we shall be: but we know that, when he shall appear, we shall be like Him; for we shall see Him as He is. And everyone who thus hopes in him purifies himself as he is pure” (1 John 3:2-3). “But of that day and that hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels which are in heaven, neither the Son, but the Father” (Mark 13:32). “Watch therefore, for ye know neither the day nor the hour wherein the Son of man cometh” (Matthew 24:13). “But rejoice, inasmuch as ye are partakers of Christ's sufferings; that, when his glory shall be revealed, ye may be glad also with exceeding joy” (1 Peter 4:13). “Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword? 36 As it is written, For thy sake we are killed all the day long; we are accounted as sheep for the slaughter. 37 Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us. 38 For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, 39 Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord“ (Romans 8:35-39). “Be ye therefore ready also: for the Son of man cometh at an hour when ye think not” (Luke 12:40). “Looking for that blessed hope, and the glorious appearing of the great God and our Saviour Jesus Christ” (Titus 2:13). “And now, little children, abide in Him; that, when he shall appear, we may have confidence, and not be ashamed before him at His coming” (1 John 2:28). “He which testifieth these things saith, Surely I come quickly. Amen. Even so, come, Lord Jesus” (Revelation 22:20).
