The Wednesday cardio days are absolutely killer, but I can definitely feel myself getting stronger! Wednesdays at F45 are focused on cardio, and to jump right into a 10 mile run right after is pretty brutal. Hope I serve as some inspiration for you!

Today's workouts consisted of:
- F45 6am class
- 75 minute run @ 7:30/mile pace (10 miles)

This is the second week of a four week program for Elite Triathlon Off-Season Training, to raise your base and take you to new levels.
