55 Kgs x7 Overhead Press
Okay. Not great, and certainly nowhere near my best, but okay. Not the prettiest set either, but I find I often have a bit of an adjustment period after coming back from a deload for a few days. I was really hoping I couls have gotten at least one more rep than last time, and I think I could have, but I unfortunately lost tightness on the last couple of reps. Pressing, and especially OHP is always very deceptive. I am debating whether I should I try and do slower, strict OHP style on the heavier sets, to try and see if that will address the issue. The amount of reps will probably suffer, but if it can translate to tighter form and power over time, it may be worth it.
