Join me today for a workout targeting your core, cardio, and a little bit of lower body! 💪🏼🔥 you will need a pair of dumbbells or any household item for this workout. If you don't have any weights - no worries. Everything can be done bodyweight only! We'll start off with demos of the exercises and a warm up. Let's get sweaty 💦

WORKOUT DETAILS:

3 ROUNDS ✖ 40s on, 20s off

1. jumping jack variation
2. db ski swings
3. lateral lunge to side raise R leg
4. lateral lunge to side raise L leg
5. weighted dead bugs
6. swimmer crunches
