3 ROUNDS ✖ 40s on, 20s off

1. reverse lunge to deadlift to reverse lunge
2. good morning to squat
3. DB hip thrusts
4. DB donkey kicks R leg
5. DB donkey kicks L leg
6. DB fire hydrants R leg
7. DB fire hydrants L leg
