WORKOUT DETAILS:
3 ROUNDS ✖ 40s on, 20s off
1. bicep curl to squat curl
2. chest fly to tricep extension
3. floor tap to db press
4. lateral lunge to knee raise + shoulder press (20s L, 20s R)
5. bent over row to curl
6. weighted alt. leg raises
