3 ROUNDS ✖ 40s on, 20s off
1. marching glute bridge w/ db hold
2. glute bridge w/ hamstring walkout
3. frogger hip thrust to crunch
4. glute bridge w/ alt. chest press
5. single leg glute bridge to russian twist (20s L, 20s R)
6. glute bridge to skull crushers
