The Crispy Sweet and Sour Pork(sugar free version) 锅包肉

The Crispy Sweet and Sour Pork is the most well known Northeast dish in China. It has two main variations. The one is Haerbin Style Guobao Rou and the other is the Crispy Sweet and Sour Pork. Because they use different sauce. So they look very different. Usually the Crispy Sweet and Sour Pork is more dark brown because of dark soy sauce and black vinegar. They both are very tasty and popular in China.
