A student recently asked us to help her get over her brainwashing that all grains and flours are bad for us due increasing to blood sugar spikes.

I get it. We can get really caught up in a fad, and then a couple months or years down the road, we wonder if this is really the answer.

About grains: they can be good AND bad.

Everybody is different! Some people have legitimate gluten sensitivities.

Where do you fit in?

First of all, you need to sort through what your body needs, and listen to it! 🙌

Second, the downside of grains can be mitigated or improved if you use traditional methods like we teach - soaking, sprouting, and sourdough.

And third, not only do you need to find out which grains work for you, you need to find the amount that works for you.

You still may not be able to eat tons of it.

So, which grains work for you? 🤔

Use traditional cooking methods. and pay attention to the amounts that work for you.

Water is good, but if I drink too much of it, I would drown myself. Right? It's the same with all foods.

Find the place where you fit in it. 💕
