Mat Pilates | 30 Minutes

This pilates mat workout covers all the core basics in 30 minutes time. It weaves traditional pilates movements in with barre-inspired movements and will require a yoga mat for spinal support. You may also want a barre ball and light hand weights (I am using 2's) for this workout.
