25-Minute Arms + Core Seated Workout

This 25-minute workout targets upper body musculature as well as the core. It consists of 6 movements at 1 minute each, repeated just one more time through. No impact and no cardio in today's workout. There is a lymphatic drain, short warm up, and includes an upper body stretch to wrap.

Equipment you may want to have available: a chair or bench, dumbbells (today I am using 10's), and a good cattitude! If you don't have fitness equipment, that's ok too! Shoes and equipment are always optional. These exercises can all be done bodyweight.
