Welcome to Day 8 of this 30 Days of Seated to Standing Chair Yoga! Today we focus on Opening the Hips. We begin Seated to warm and prepare the Hip Joints for Standing Postures. Then we come to Standing with the support of the chair focusing on Heating, strength building Leg movements and external rotation stretches.
