Day 6 - Leg Strengthening - 30 Days of Chair Yoga 2025 - 25 Minutes

Welcome to Day 6 of this 30 Days of Chair Yoga 2025! Today we focus on Strengthening the Legs. We begin seated with a few postures to warm up and then come to standing with the support of the chair. We move through postures strengthening both together and then one at a time to help balance the body. We finish with a short Guided Relaxation.
