Welcome to Day 21 of the 30 Days of Chair Yoga Journey! Today we again focus on calming the body and mind through Breathwork and Meditation. Take a moment to thank yourself for consistently dedicating this time to your own wellbeing for the last 20 days:)

For the breath work portion, we focus on pausing gently in the space after our exhales and for the Meditation, we focus on noticing the brief moment of transition between inhale and exhale.
