Welcome to Day 14 of this 30 Days of Chair Yoga Journey! Today we focus on Breath Work and the Mind. We begin with the Ocean Breath (Ujjayi in Sanskrit) which is a calming breath you can use anytime you need. Then, we move to a guided meditation on the sensations of breathing, using the expansion and contraction of our bodies to calm our minds.
