In Deep Breathing to Calm Your Mind, we learn the 3 part breath. This is the basis of other types of breathing exercises or breath work. Also called the Full Yogic Breath, it is breathing deeply using much more of our lungs than we are used to. We tend to breath mostly into the chest, shallowly. But in this video, we practice breathing using the belly (diaphragm), Ribs and Chest to take in much more oxygen and energy than normal.
