20-Minute Stability Ball Workout

This 20-minute stability ball total body interval workout workout targets coordination, strength, core and balance movements! We will run through 6 movements 2 times through for a minute each with no recovery. There is a short warm up to start and includes a short cool down to wrap up this regimen.

You will need a 55-65cm stability ball to execute this workout. A 65cm ball will support individuals who are tall (5'9" and above) and a 55cm ball will support those shorter than that.
