Gentle Yoga to Help You Sleep focuses on calming the mind and body to help you fall asleep faster and get a better night's sleep. We hold the postures in a relaxed manner and for a longer time. The breathing and stretching is done in a softer way keeping the heart rate slow. We finish with a guided breathing practice lying down to calm the mind.
