Therapy For Depression? Yes or No? 💙
I've just got back from a therapy session. When I started therapy, I was deep in depression and now I consider myself recovered from depression but I still find therapy to be incredibly helpful. I think it's amazing how getting another perspective on things that are bugging you thought-wise or feeling-wise and you're just like looking for a second perspective, how helpful that can be. 💙
So I'm just curious as to whether if you'd like to share, if you feel comfortable sharing, I'd love to know if you're in therapy, if you've tried therapy and dropped out and what the reason might be, or if you've never tried therapy and what the reason might be behind that. 💙
