15-Minute Cardio Sculpt with Light Weights | Halloween 2022

This is a 15-minute total body cardio conditioning workout that is low impact and requires very little space (perfect for a studio or apartment-living situation). I am using a set of 3 lb dumbbells to sculpt the upper body in today's planned activity.
