35-Minute Total Body Conditioning Circuit | 11.7.22

This 35-minute interval workout consists of 8 movements at 50 seconds each for 4 rounds. I am using a set of 10 lb dumbbells along with a yoga mat in today's workout. Training shoes are recommended if you plan to perform the jumping prescribed.

This workout is perfect for small spaces such as an apartment or a hotel room and can also be done entirely bodyweight if you don't have weights or something to lift.
