Sewing Machine needles have a huge effect on how well your machine preforms and how well your stitches are created.

I cover the most important parts of the needle, how to identify the correct way to insert the needle in your machine, how to properly thread your needle, how to tell if your needle is damaged, when you need to change your needle and when it may be causing skipped stitches.

The single most important thing in creating good stitches is the needle, it is also the most overlooked and least understood. Your sewing machine needle will effect the stitch, fabric and machine.

Selecting the correct size needle is crucial to project and machine, to small of needle can damage your fabric and your machine, an improperly inserted needle will not sew.
