QUARANTINE ABS | My 8 Minute Go-To Cinch Waist Workout
Hi Peaches!!
These are some of my favorite ab exercises I've put into a quick workout that you can do 2-3 rounds of, if one round is too easy.
I've been doing this ab workout 3 days a week during quarantine. On days I feel good i'll do it 3-4 rounds. On days my body is more tired sometimes I only do 2 rounds.
Make sure to push yourself but stay within your limits! Remember to listen to your body, you know it best.

2. How to train to get the body of a professional boxer
The physique results are practically the same whether you choose to train like a boxer or just train to look like one. The difference is that with option two you will need to be much more conscious about your diet. As always - the only thing that will hold you back from the end result is... you guessed it. Not staying consistent. Plug into this regimen - put in the work - and you're going to look straight ripped like a boxer!

hey guys in this video Coach Matt gives us 3 squat tips to increase your squat. Doesn't matter if you high bar back squat, or low bar back squat these tips will help everyone! When it comes to the squat the number one way to get a stronger squat would be to squat more! So we are large advocates of increasing frequency. The second tip given is to slow the squat down, literally by doing tempo squats. They suck, but they work it also helps you work on your squat form because of the added tempo. Lastly if you want to know how to increase that back squat you are going to have to lift heavy!! It's just the nature of the beast.

How to jump rope to lose weight
There is a big difference between jumping rope to do tricks and jumping rope to get lean. In this video we teach you exactly how to use the jump rope to lose weight (specifically excess body fat.)
Here is the list below for you to reference...
1. Fasted workout (don't eat before you train)
2. Use a weighted handle jump rope
3. Use HIIT circuits (high intensity interval training)
4. Do exercises you feel comfortable with
5. Do exercises with all out effort
6. Hold arms out to sides when jumping
7. Stay consistent (minimum 3-5 jump rope workouts weekly)

Ring Muscle Up in 5 MINUTES // School of Calisthenics
