DMoose Doorway Pull Up Bar Review
Going through the DMoose Pull Up bar I got a while back in a fun filled test and review of the whole contraption. Multiple grip choices that all feel nice, holds up to 350lbs (As long as your door frame is solid.), and hangs the bar high enough for most people. At least good six inches more than the old style of doorway pull up units. A solid and sweet way to get in all your pull ups as well as a nice push up device too. Ergonomic Grip Pull Ups for Shoulder, Wrist & Elbow Joint Issues
If you ever get some nagging injuries in your shoulders, wrists, or elbow joints from straight bar pull ups. Or also from other repetitive motions like utilizing the keyboard and mouse or even driving too much. My Old Doorway Pull Up Bar a Grocery Outlet 20 Buck Special
My good old friend of a doorway pull up bar. The Grocery Outlet Special at a solid $20 bucks has served me well for over 15 years. Great grips and solid design. Just needs some more duct tape is all to keep it in ship shape. Anyone else have that old pull up bar nostalgia?

Why Everyone Should Have Open Palmed Push Ups in Their Workouts
Want to balance out your wrists, forearms, and fingers from all that gym oriented grip work? Well, add in the ever classic push up to your regime or maybe the hand stand press if you are feeling ballsy. You don't even have to go that far. A good plank hold or yoga moves like downward and upward dog can do the trick too. The whole idea is just to make sure you work the opposite of all the grip type work going on in life.

Walker Dips The Minimalist Upper Body Workout Device
I love me some good ole walker dips and I go through the whole experience of using one of these medical grade devices in your next calisthenics workout. It's a cheap to free way to get yourself a home dip machine and I would say I enjoy dips off of a walker more than most other applications. It's portable, safe, and ultra practical. Combine it all with some pull ups and you can have a beyond solid upper body workout experience. Don't mind the rain and wind here. Seems it just had to hassle me a bit till I was close to finishing.
