Want to balance out your wrists, forearms, and fingers from all that gym oriented grip work? Well, add in the ever classic push up to your regime or maybe the hand stand press if you are feeling ballsy. You don't even have to go that far. A good plank hold or yoga moves like downward and upward dog can do the trick too. The whole idea is just to make sure you work the opposite of all the grip type work going on in life.
