Episode 388: God who is Spirit lives inside of a body Part 4
Hello everyone. In this morning's Bible study we continue addressing a question received from one of our viewers on my YouTube channel called Treasure in Every Verse.
The question is, I stated that the Son who is a member of the Godhead is not the same as the Son who is a natural Man born in Bethlehem.
No, I didn't say that, God did. I can only repeat what the Lord has spoken and given to us in His word. I don't question it, don't second guest it, I simple believe that everything the Lord has spoken is true.
In today's study, we take a closer look at God explaining the process. Friend, the Lord gave us a record of how this came to past. We don't have to guess nor make up stories. It is written on the pages of scriptures by God Himself.
The truth according to the scriptures from the Lord is that He resides within a body. The body of the Man He named Jesus the Christ.

Episode 380: Are the Son of the Godhead and the Man Jesus not the same person Part 1
Hello everyone. Today I produced a video to address a question that came to me from @jaysal6698.
Here is the question: Hi grace and peace and all praises to the tmh in Christ but quick question u said the son of the godhead n the son of the man not the same? Is confusing pls elaborate?
Let’s begin with an extremely important question, what type of Being is God? Not what you and I think or believe, that is immaterial and has no bearing on the truth.
Does the Bible, the holy scriptures give us the answer to this question? Does it define God for us? Here’s the answer to the two aforementioned questions.
Yes, the scriptures do define what type of Being God is. Let’s list them.
The first evidence of what type of Being God is in the scriptures is defined by God Himself, the Lord Jesus Christ.
John 4:24
God is Spirit, and those who worship Him must worship in spirit and truth.”
God IS NOT A SPIRIT, God is Spirit. That is not a play on words. There is no other Being like God. Although angels and man a spiritual being they are not like God in the sense of His immortality. One of the best passages that explains this is in 1 Timothy.
1 Timothy 6:13-17
I urge you in the sight of God who gives life to all things, and before Christ Jesus who witnessed the good confession before Pontius Pilate, that you keep this commandment without spot, blameless until our Lord Jesus Christ’s appearing, which He will manifest in His own time, He who is the blessed and only Potentate, the King of kings and Lord of lords, WHO ALONE HAS IMMORTALITY, dwelling in unapproachable light, whom no man has seen or can see, to whom be honor and everlasting power. Amen. Now to the King eternal, immortal, invisible, to God who alone is wise, be honor and glory forever and ever. Amen.
God’s Being cannot cease to exist. Why not? God’s Being cannot not cease because His Being IS LIFE ITSELF.
John 1:1-4
In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was in the beginning with God. All things were made through Him, and without Him nothing was made that was made. In Him was life, and the life was the light of men.
John 5:26
For as the Father has life in Himself, so He has granted the Son to have life in Himself,
What does Jesus mean by that?
John 11:5-6
Jesus said to her, “I am the resurrection and the life. He who believes in Me, though he may die, he shall live. And whoever lives and believes in Me shall never die. Do you believe this?”
1 Corinthians 15:45
And so it is written, “The first man Adam became a living being.” The last Adam became a life-giving spirit.
All others are created beings and can simply be spoken in and out of exitance as often as God pleases.
John 5:21
For as the Father raises the dead and gives life to them, even so the Son gives life to whom He will.
Not only that but God is the perfection of holiness which translate into light, the radiance of which translate into a consuming raging fire enfolding within itself. The scriptures call it the likeness of the glory of the LORD. This makes God in His native form UNAPPROACHABLE, not just by men and angels but by anything God can create. Creation itself cannot look upon God in His native Spirt form.
This passage in Timothy reveals something else about the nature of God in His native Spirit form. God cannot be seen by any of His creation. Why not? The scriptures explain this by telling us that God’s essence is invisible. Invisible to any of His creation yet visible to Himself.
John 1:18
No one has seen God at any time. The only begotten Son, who is in the bosom of the Father, He has declared Him.
Exodus 33:20
But He said, “You cannot see My face; for no man shall see Me, and live.”
The Lord Jesus Himself declared this truth.
Luke 24:39
Now as they said these things, Jesus Himself stood in the midst of them, and said to them, “Peace to you.” But they were terrified and frightened, and supposed they had SEEN A SPIRIT. And He said to them, “Why are you troubled? And why do doubts arise in your hearts? Behold My hands and My feet, that it is I Myself. Handle Me and see, FOR A SPIRIT (What about a spirit LORD? A spirit) DOES NOT HAVE FLESH AND BONES as you see I have.”
We are now in a quagmire. Why is that? Because we have a confession from the Lord Jesus Himself that states just the opposite.
John 6:46
Not that anyone has seen the Father, except He who is from God; He has seen the Father.
How is that possible? If God was a man, and I want to be extremely careful here, God is not a man but if He was, what would God look like? He would look and act exactly like the Man Jesus Christ.
Colossians 1:15
He is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn over all creation.
Matthew 11:27
All things have been delivered to Me by My Father, and no one knows the Son except the Father. Nor does anyone know the Father except the Son, and the one to whom the Son wills to reveal Him.
Psalm 2:7
“I will declare the decree: The LORD has said to Me, You are My Son, Today I have begotten You.
Why would God have to say this to a member of the Godhead? He wouldn’t and He didn’t. God said this to His own body. The body of God in essence is not Spirit, it is Spiritual. What’s the difference? I will let the Lord Jesus tell you what the difference between Himself and His Father is.
Now listen to the Holy Spirit’s explanation.
Psalm 113:4-6
The LORD is high above all nations, His glory above the heavens. Who is like the LORD our God, who dwells on high, who HUMBLES HIMSELF to behold (to create) the things that are in the heavens and in the earth?
The question is how? How did God humble Himself prior to creating all things that are created?
The Holy Spirit provides more details through Paul in the book of Philippians and Hebrews.
Philippians 2:5-7
Let this mind be in you which was also in Christ Jesus, who, being in the form of God, did not consider it robbery to be equal with God, but made Himself of no reputation, taking the form of a bondservant, and coming in the likeness of men. And being found in appearance as a man, He humbled Himself and became obedient to the point of death, even the death of the cross.
Hebrews 1:1-4
God, who at various times and in various ways spoke in time past to the fathers by the prophets, has in these last days spoken to us by His Son, whom He has appointed heir of all things, through whom also He made the worlds; who being the brightness of His glory and the express image of His person, and upholding all things by the word of His power, when He had by Himself purged our sins, sat down at the right hand of the Majesty on high,

Episode 379: Christ alone is Prophet, Priest, and Potentate
Hello everyone. In today's Bible study we ask the question, how can a believer grow in their knowledge of God?
Before we share the biblical instructions, there is a question that I must ask you first. What are your aspirations? What I mean by that is, what is it truly that you desire most from God and for your life?
Let me now give you the biblical answer to this question.
John 17:3
And this is eternal life, THAT THEY MAY KNOW YOU, the only true God, and Jesus Christ whom You have sent.
Philippians 3:7-11
But what things were gain to me, these I have counted loss for Christ. Yet indeed I ALSO COUNT ALL THINGS LOSS FOR THE EXCELLENCE OF THE KNOWLEDGE OF CHRIST JESUS MY LORD, for whom I have suffered the loss of all things, and count them as rubbish, that I may gain Christ and be found in Him, not having my own righteousness, which is from the law, but that which is through faith in Christ, the righteousness which is from God by faith; THAT I MAY KNOW HIM AND THE POWER OF HIS RESURRECTION, AND THE FELLOWSHIP OF HIS SUFFERINGS, BEING CONFORMED TO HIS DEATH, IF, BY ANY MEANS, I MAY ATTAIN TO THE RESURRECTION FROM THE DEAD.
Jeremiah 9:23-24
Thus says the LORD: “Let not the wise man glory in his wisdom,
Let not the mighty man glory in his might, nor let the rich man glory in his riches; but LET HIM WHO GLORIES GLORY IN THIS, THAT HE UNDERSTANDS AND KNOWS ME, THAT I AM THE LORD, exercising lovingkindness, judgment, and righteousness in the earth. For in these I delight,” says the LORD.
Pause for a moment, please. Does that person look and sound like you? Look again. Is that really you?
Psalm 119:9-16
How can a young man cleanse his way?
By taking heed according to Your word.
With my whole heart I have sought You;
Oh, let me not wander from Your commandments!
Your word I have hidden in my heart,
That I might not sin against You.
Blessed are You, O LORD!
Teach me Your statutes.
With my lips I have declared
All the judgments of Your mouth.
I have rejoiced in the way of Your testimonies,
As much as in all riches.
I will meditate on Your precepts,
And contemplate Your ways.
I will delight myself in Your statutes;
I will not forget Your word.
If not, then you know what you must do. Start with repentance and prayer then seek to know God through the study of the scriptures.
Today's study is 1 hour and 15 minutes in duration. I have broken it into three segments. This is segment 3 of 3 titled Christ alone is Prophet, Priest, and Potentate.

With my whole heart I have sought You;
Oh, let me not wander from Your commandments!
I will delight myself in Your statutes;
I will not forget Your word.
If not, then you know what you must do. Start with repentance and prayer then seek to know God through the study of the scriptures.

Episode 377: How can I grow in my knowledge of God Part 1

Episode 373: Why does God need us to be His priest during the eternal age Part 4
Hello everyone. In this morning's Bible study we conduct a follow up lesson from yesterday's study.
Why? Because there was a questioned asked concerning what believers will be doing in the eternal age.
The question is this. Why does God need us to be His priest during the eternal age?
The Bible declares that all believers will be priests in heaven. Why? If everyone in heaven is saved, why would it be necessary for us to be priest? According to God it is necessary.
This is a very good question. Does the scriptures provide the answers to not only this but how will this transpire?

Episode 369: Why will God release Satan after locking him in the bottomless pit.
Hello everyone. In today's Bible study we take a look at a strange occurrence regarding God and the devil.
In Revelation 20:1-3 we read that God will lockup Satan and all the demons in a place called the bottomless pit for 1,000 years.
Then I saw an angel coming down from heaven, having the key to the bottomless pit and a great chain in his hand. He laid hold of the dragon, that serpent of old, who is the Devil and Satan, and bound him for a thousand years; and he cast him into the bottomless pit, and shut him up, and set a seal on him, so that he should deceive the nations no more till the thousand years were finished. But after these things he must be released for a little while.
Then later in the same chapter Revelation 20:7-10 we read that God will release them all from the bottomless pit after the 1,000 year period is over.
Why? Why would God lock Satan and the demons up and not keep them locked up in prison? Why let them out?
Well God tells us why in the scriptures.
This study is part of the three segment study titled Why was Jesus crucified before God created the world. The title of this part of that study is Why will God release Satan after locking him in the bottomless pit?

Episode 368: Why was Jesus crucified before God created the world Part 2
Hello everyone. In today's Bible study we take a look at the incarnation of the Son of God.
What is the ultimate purpose of God according to the scriptures? The LORD God desires to live amongst His creatures and for them to know that all the attributes that He proclaims to have are true and real.
Now I saw a new heaven and a new earth, for the first heaven and the first earth had passed away. Also there was no more sea. Then I, John, saw the holy city, New Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband. And I heard a loud voice from heaven saying, “Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and He will dwell with them, and they shall be His people. God Himself will be with them and be their God. And God will wipe away every tear from their eyes; there shall be no more death, nor sorrow, nor crying. There shall be no more pain, for the former things have passed away.”
Everything that has happened in the past and is currently happening in the world today is in accordance with God's will to bring His plan into fruition.
The questions are how and what has to be done to bring all these things into reality. In order for angels and humans to experience God's attributes then this will require the presence of sin and evil.
God is holy, righteous, just, and true and cannot look upon sin or evil without destroying it immediately. How will God deal with this issue?
The death, burial, and resurrection of His Son, Christ Jesus the Lord and King of Glory. His blood will satisfy God's righteous requirement for justice upon the sinner for his own sins.
But how can God wait until after the sinner sins? He can't and He didn't therefore Christ was crucified and raised from the dead before God created anything.

Episode 366: Why are there tribulations in the world Part 3
Hello everyone. In this morning's Bible study we dive deeper into God's reconciliation plan of salvation and justice.
Here's a question I would like for you to consider. Why are there tribulations in this world? Tribulations such as suffering, wars, natural disasters like fires - storms - earthquakes, trouble, sickness, poverty, wealth, hatred, murders, and death?
Have you ever wondered why God allowed these things to enter His creation? I do all the time however I also know the answer from the scriptures hence in all these things my heart rejoices.
You may be wanting to ask me right about now, "what did you just say, Kevin? Did you say, you rejoice in all these things? Have you lost it?"
Well, the short answer to those questions is, yes, I have and you should too.
Please allow me to explain.
Today's study is 1 hour and 26 minutes in duration. I have broken it into three segments. This is segment 3 of 3 titled Why are there tribulations in this world. Part 3
