Episode 365: Why are there tribulations in this world Part 2
Hello everyone. In this morning's Bible study we dive deeper into God's reconciliation plan of salvation and justice.
Here's a question I would like for you to consider. Why are there tribulations in this world? Tribulations such as suffering, wars, natural disasters like fires - storms - earthquakes, trouble, sickness, poverty, wealth, hatred, murders, and death?
Have you ever wondered why God allowed these things to enter His creation? I do all the time however I also know the answer from the scriptures hence in all these things my heart rejoices.
You may be wanting to ask me right about now, "what did you just say, Kevin? Did you say, you rejoice in all these things? Have you lost it?"
Well, the short answer to those questions is, yes, I have and you should too.
Please allow me to explain.
Today's study is 1 hour and 26 minutes in duration. I have broken it into three segments. This is segment 2 of 3 titled Why are there tribulations in this world. Part 2

Episode 362: Why do the wicked prosper and believers suffer Part 2
Hello everyone. In today's Bible study we look at some undercurrents to God's reconciliation plan.
What are these undercurrents you are speaking of Kevin?
I'm talking about why does God allow the wicked to prosper and His children, true born again believers, to suffer.
Why does God, from MY PERSPECTIVE, allow this injustice to occur?
Is He indifferent?
Is He not powerful enough to right this perceived, from MY PERSPECTIVE, wrong?
How can God sit there and do absolutely nothing, FROM MY VANTAGE POINT?

Episode 360: How does sinners become believers?
Hello everyone. In tonight's Bible study we continue with our look at God's purpose for the scriptures.
We wrap up the revelation of God's attributes and transition over to the revelation of God's reconciliation plan. What is this reconciliation plan and how is God implementing it?
God's reconciliation plan has two parts. First, there is salvation which has three components, grace - mercy - peace. Second, there is justice which also has three parts, forbearance - long suffering - wrath.
Everyone falls into one of these categories. The question is, under which do you currently reside and how did you get there? Will that be your final destination?

Episode 359: What is eternal life according to the scriptures Part 2
Hello everyone. In this mornings Bible study we continue to look at the basis for the scriptures given to us by God.
What are these basis'? God is:
1. Revealing His attributes
2. Revealing His reconciliation plan
3. Revealing His Redeemer
That's what the entirety of the Bible is about. It is not about you and I receiving any earthly thing from the LORD. It is not about how we modify our behavior, love our family, remain in good health, or any other thing that can so-call make our lives better here on this planet.
That's foolishness as we will lose all those things as we age, by decisions we make, and lose it all at death. Everyone will REAP WHAT THEY SOW. We will also reap the consequences of all the sins we humans commit corporately. There is no escape from that.
Then what can we do? Do? There is nothing we can do. God has to "do" it for us and He did. It's called the gospel of Jesus Christ. Listen to what the Lord Jesus said to people living during His tenure here on earth who asked Him the same question.
John 6:28-29
Then they said to Him, “What shall we do, that we may work the works of God?”
Jesus answered and said to them, “This is the work of God, THAT YOU BELIEVE IN HIM WHOM HE SENT."
That is the answer to your question.

Episode 356: God's purpose for creations is to reveal His attributes. Part 1
Hello everyone. In tonight's Bible study we continue looking at God's purposes.
We begin by asking ourselves, why did God create the world?
Was it because He was bored and wanted to be entertained?
Was it because He was lonely and wanted company?
No, neither of those things as God has always self existed and needs absolutely nothing since He alone is the Creator and Sustainer of all things.
Then why did He chose to create all things?
Good question. God wanted to reveal Himself through the attributes given to us in the scriptures.

Episode 353: Is Jesus the Man really God Part 2
Hello everyone. In tonight's Bible study we search the scriptures for the purpose of God as it relates to the Man Jesus Christ.
This has always been a contentious topic as some would dare to claim that the scriptures does not teach that the Man Jesus Christ is in fact the One True God.
Well, sorry to disappoint you, well actually I am not disappointed. I am very excited to proclaim that the scriptures does emphatically declare that Jesus is God!!!!
Do you understand that if this Man, Jesus, is not God then there could be no forgiveness of sins? Do you understand that if the Man, Jesus, is not God that everyone will go to hell and no one would go to heaven?
That is the gravity of the true identity of the Man Jesus Christ. Is He God or just some religious man whether that is a prophet, teacher, preacher, or whatever?
What say you?

Hello everyone. In today's Bible study we continue unveiling God's purpose, this time looking at His desire.
Here's a question I want you to answer. Does God desire that everyone receive His salvation?
If you answered that question with a "yes". Then I need you to answer a second question. If God desires something to happen, will it happen, will it always come to pass?
If you answered that question with a "yes". Then I need you to answer one final question. If God desires something to happen and whatever He desires always happens exactly how God desires it to happen, then why does the Bible state that there will be people casted into hell? Why is God sending people to hell?

Episode 345: The Praise of God's Glory is the ultimate purpose Part 2
Hello everyone. In this morning's Bible study we conclude our study on God's Purpose with the "Ultimate Purpose".
With everything that has been revealed to us concerning the purposes of God, there is yet a single focal point.
What's that? It's the execution plan of God's reconciliation plan. What in the world is that?
The reconciliation plan reveals the Lord Jesus Christ in all His glory to the glory and praise of the Father.
This makes me cry out with the glorious praise and worship by the Holy Spirit through the apostle Paul in Romans 11:33-36
Oh, the depth of the riches both of the wisdom and knowledge of God! How unsearchable are His judgments and His ways past finding out!
“For who has known the mind of the LORD?
Or who has become His counselor?”
“Or who has first given to Him
And it shall be repaid to him?”
For of Him and through Him and to Him are all things, to whom be glory forever. Amen. There is no other reason for all things being created.
Let's dive into this head first.

Episode 342: God's purpose for the gospel of Christ Part 2
Hello everyone. In today's Bible study we conclude God's purpose for the gospel.
Have you ever wondered why it is so difficult for believers, I mean true born again Spirit filled believers, to share the gospel?
There are many reasons but the real reason is that we don't fully trust God.
Now wait a minute Kevin! You don't know if I fully trust God or not. Oh really? Have you told each one of your family members the gospel? Have you told each one of your co-workers the gospel?
I am going to stop there because I don't want to embarrass you nor myself but I know the answer to those questions. It is the same as mine.
Why does God ask us to "suffer" to get the gospel out? Because it is the only power available from God to save sinners.
Armed with that knowledge, what then should we do?
