Kettlebell Workout (tide came in and we almost got stuck)
Our kettlebell sessions are not JUST another workout. They’re uniquely designed and adventurous. This workout was filmed in Africa, Mbudya Island Tanzania. We had a blast, well, I did anyway. Anna does enjoy looking back on it.
We took the boat to the island with our filming gear, and then we walked an hour over coral-sharp areas until we found a cave for some shade and filmed our workout of the week.
The tide was out which is why we were able to get to the other side of the island. The tide came in, and I didn't worry much about being stuck on an island for the night. We ended up having to bush bash our way through the middle of the island which was an undiscovered jungle with no path. It was fun with all the gear, flip flops, heavy backpack, etc. but these are the times you look back on and enjoy mentally. Easy times don't get stored in the brain and don't make awesome memories.

Double Kettlebell Follow-Along Strength Workout
Completed OMINOUS by Cavemantraining for the third time today and improved in rounds. Because my new gym doesn't have anything heavier than 2 x24kg I need to focus on adding rounds. Once I get access to 28kgs and 32kgs again, I will be focusing on increasing weight rather than rounds.
Got out 10, 10, 10, and 11 with 2 x 24kg. The previous go was 11, 9,9, and 9. I figured if I go easier at the start I can recover quicker in the rest time and keep a steady set to go hard in the last cycle. Next, I'll aim to get 11 in the 3rd cycle, and then 11 for all cycles.
