*Milk (Condensada/ Fresh Milk or Almond Milk kung bet mo ng Mas healthy) wala kasing Predyiber sa Bahay kaya Condensada lang tayo. Hahaha!😂
*Ice -Durugin mo na para hindi mahirapan ang Blender mo. Hampas mo sa pader o semento para madurog. Seryoso!😅

para mas mabilis, Balatan mo na yong saging, Lagay mo na sa Blender kasama ng Ice at Milk, Blend mo lang until Smooth . Tikman mo syempre kung okay ba lasa.. Baka kulang sa Tamis lagay ka ng Asukal kung hindi ka Health conscious. (Hirap mag workout) Blend mo ulit. And.... Tadaaaaaa..😊😊 May Banana Smoothie ka na. Ayos?
