Anxiety and Fear - 20 Minute Guided Meditation - 396Hz Solfeggio Frequency

This guided meditation is to help reduce anxiety which can be quite a destructive emotion. Put simply, anxiety is characterized by feelings of fear, worry, or unease. These feelings can range from subtle to
strong, varying in the influence they have over our lives. It is a normal phenomenon that is linked to our stress response. However, for some people, it stands in the way of deep inner peace and contentment.

While we think of anxiety largely being within the mind, it has a profound effect on the physical body too. Some of the physical symptoms of anxiety include:
• Irritability and agitation
• Increased heart rate
• Chest pain and heart palpitations
• Feelings of panic and fear
• Upset stomach and digestive issues
• Sleep disturbance and insomnia
• Sweating

Mindfulness and meditation are beneficial tools for managing the experience of anxiety. As we shine a light on our experience through a mindful lens, we develop new perspectives and gain clearer insights.

Through mindfulness, we begin to put a distance between ourselves and our emotions. So, when challenging or negative thoughts do arise, we get better at witnessing them rather than attaching to them.

The background music uses the 396 Hz Solfeggio Frequency. This tone is one of the fundamental frequencies used in sound healing. This frequency has vibrations which release you from the feeling of guilt and fear. This solfeggio frequency is also used for awakening and turning grief into joy. 396 Hz frequency is associated with Root Chakra, our Primary Energy Centre and being used for balancing Root Chakra.

It's recommended you perform this meditation daily for at least 21 days to start training your mind and body to accept the process and to start seeing results. Be patient with yourself and trust the process.

No prior knowledge or experience of meditation is required, simply like back, and follow along.
