Learning to Sail with Sailing Virgins, Part 3 (British Virgin Islands & Puerto Rico) - Ep. 13

In this episode we wrap up the week long Sailing Virgins class with learning how to properly conduct M.O.B. (Man Overboard) drills under motor and under sail, and have our last lesson on the dinghy and the outboard engine. The next morning everyone successfully takes the ASA 103 and 104 certification exams.

After the Sailing Virgins class is over, we do some exploring for a few days in the BVI’s and USVI’s where we meet up with some friends working charters in the area. Jason hurts his knee and heads back to Chicago to get an MRI, while Justin and Alan head west towards Puerto Rico enroute to the Dominican Republic.
