155 Kgs x6 Squat. Another tired, off day. But I am not deterred!

All of my energy and strength left me right before this last set unfortunately. Weight definitely felt heavier today as well, and I am still not back to 100 percent with the lower back area (steadily progressing, and is feeling even better after doing my 5x10 deadlift accessory work). I was not too concerned with going for a rep PR today, as I could tell it was not going to be in the cards today. My previous record with this weight is 7, but I did not want to try and go for matching or beating that today in my current state. Sometimes you have to be realistic, and take a step back, and/or stay the course! Not too discouraged about this. I will bounce back, in due time 🤟🏻
