ITS Malta - Abandoned School 19th Century Building

📍 Pembroke - Malta | A memorable and emotional attached exploration inside the ruins of former ITS Malta (Institute Of Tourism Studies) Building, where together with my friend Malcolm who I've met there over 20 years ago, we went down memory lane of where we studied for 3 years, got instructed by top lecturers (both professionally and as humans) & was taught the craft of being chefs in Malta's Hospitality Institution.

The Former Institute Of Tourism Studies building dates back to the middle of the 19th century and was used by the British army as part of Pembroke Garrison called St George’s Barracks.

Soon, it is going to be demolished and a new 35-story hotel, with luxury apartments are set to be constructed in this iconic and premiere location on the island. Sad to see it go!
