Integrity and Moral Compass is Spot On For This Law Enforcement Officer

The "mandates" are illegal, made up titles (not laws) being jammed down the throats of all Sovereign citizens of the planet and are NOT ENFORCEABLE.

This policeman gets it - his duty is to the Constitution and the people, not the politicians who have become walking billboards for the Deep State.
