Not my best, but it is what it is. I keep not pushing my head through as quickly, and start to lean my head back a bit when the weight starts to get heavier, which I feel may sabotage my performance a bit. I am trying to ingrain a beter movement pattern, and get better at not doing that as egregiously subconsciously.
