I had experienced a lower back tweak a couple of weeks ago, due to overdoing it a little in terms of intensity/volume ratio in squatting. Lower back is feeling good overall, and a bit better every day. On top of that, I hit a new rep PR with this weight, so I am feeling optimistic 🤟🏻. I could have pushed out a couple more reps I think, but I did not want to over do it.
