Sometimes ya just can't get it up, RIGHT?
Um...we're talking deadlifting OK? LOL...

Usually use straps when d-lifting but I DO NEED to work on grip strength so I decided to do alternating grip with no straps!

Now I did get 370 for one rep, but here I just couldn't get the lock out!
Next time...

I did strap up and went for 385 and was happy with that lift, vid coming soon...
