Tarazona Classic Torpedo Cigar Review

This 6.5x52 dark brown cigar offers a firm pack, minimal veins, tight seams and a fine grit sandpaper feel. The aroma is faint tobacco and it feels very light in the hand. First light reveals a mild to medium big blast of syrupy sweetness and a smooth undertone of tobacco. The smoke is plentiful with a perfect draw and short finish. The first third holds on to much of the sweetness, and adds a bit of leathery earth but it's not huge. There's also a good bit of black pepper and spice that especially comes through on the finish, which is getting longer. The 1/2 way point comes in at 40 minutes, bringing up a creaminess and down the pepper and spice. After correcting a burn the body is a solid medium. The last third ended at 1:20 with no further changes.
