Start to feel better with this simple and short guided meditation. Suitable for complete beginners.

Knowing how to love and accept yourself can unlock the pathway to future happiness and joy. The way we feel about ourselves affects every interaction we have and every decision we make. In today's day and age, we work so hard and have such high expectations that it's easy to fall into the rut of self-criticism, and never self-congratulating. If we cannot love ourselves then how can we truly love others?

Try this meditation every day for a few weeks and notice how your mindset will subtly begin to shift and change. Notice your happiness levels improving and your life getting better.

No prior knowledge or experience of meditation is required, simply lie back, and follow along.
