Last Set of 5x3 125 Kgs PAUSED DEADLIFT
Was feeling pretty tired today too, and not that in to it. However, you gotta do what you gotta do. Deadlifting has just been feeling tougher for me lately, I don't know why. My cues feel off, weight feels heavier, and I am having more issues with my belt against my stomach (this may be in part due to feeling bloated, due to the bulking, haha) I think it is just my mind, and having to adapt to the new training scheme. I am sure I will overcome it. I am liking this variation, though. I am hoping it will improve powering through my sticking point, which seems to be just below the knee, and help with speed and and power off of the floor. I am also doing defecit Deadlift volume work after this to help address this, as well.
