(E19) Magician 250 brake locked up fix. Fall ride DRZ400 Tdub's and Magician. Z50 vs xr70

A nice Fall ride on the bikes through Connecticut, What to do if your motorcycle rear brakes lock up or drags after riding a while. The problem here was the foot pedal was set too low and the brake fluid can not relieve itself back to the reservoir because the pedal is keeping the valve blocked by being too low. Easy fix but could be life threatening!!
