(S3 E12) Ride to Petes Pier, abandoned Sonic, Hawk DLX brake locked Vitacci Bashan Raven 250

Took a ride to Petes pier to see what it cost to launch and how the launch looks. Rode around an old abandoned Sonic.
Then did some night riding to crystal river mall with BILEE, brakes hung up because adjustment vibrated down on pedal.
Fixed the return on the central AC on the mobile home, was collapsed! Need a 90 for it now

Reviewing the BSR250 this time, its basically a Hawk 250 with a softer seat, ride and quieter exhaust. 21” front and 18” rear tires for better offroading.
The bike started right up, NO jetting, no bogging and idles perfect.

Crystal River area is a nice quiet old Florida kind of town so we have been visiting there for the past 5 years and started looking for property. We finally found something very inexpensive with an old Mobile Home on it, so electric, well and septic included (no $6000 impact fees) and pulled the trigger.
