Decided to do some cardio today, boys 😜🤟🏻

Not bad, not bad. I think I could have done better, but I think I ended up wasting a lot of time and energy setting up the stupid camera, and getting the music to play simultaneously, which sabotaged me a bit; which translated to my frustration and *RAGE* that I attempted to channel in to the lift. Energy levels are still pretty meh, lately. hopefully that will improve as I go further, and get adjusted to this again.

My goal was to hit at least 12, which I think is a rep pr, but I am not quite sure, hahaha 😅. I think I could have grinded out to about 15, but I also have to be wary of managing my fatigue levels, and this was already absolutely draining.
