Rickety rackity, snippety snappity, sketchy 110Kgs x3 Decline bench press
Another quick impromptu vid. I had to go back to work in a few minutes after this was filmed, but I managed to squeek this in!
This was my first time doing a serious heavy decline bench press, as the small amount of space that I have makes it really difficult and janky to do with my current set up. 110 KGs for one rep was my goal, but I managed to hit it for three, even after the bench slid farther back during my hurried set up, causing me to bonk the massive, pain in the ass uprights. So I could have done even more I think, but I am pleased with this result, given the circumstances.
I am trying to bench more frequently, to increase my bench, as pressing is always something I have struggled with. However, my shoulders are garbage, so I figured I would give decline a go, and switch my grip width up, to help.
