Ingredients

• ½ cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
-1 Tablespoon honey
• 2 Tablespoon Dijon mustard
• ½ teaspoon salt
• 1/8 teaspoon fresh cracked pepper
• 2 teaspoon fresh garlic
• ½ cup olive oil

Method

1. Place the ingredients into the Rock2More shaker and shake for 1 or 2 minutes
2. Dressing is ready for use
